Congratulations!!!! My sife and I met you and Mitch awhile back as you were planning out your meets. Looks like the planning was quite successful.!!! Hi there -- thank you very much!! That was in White Bear Lake, right? It was great to meet you and your wife, and we certainly appreciate you taking the time to post such kind words.
We do enjoy doing our homework and strategizing (and you'll recall, challenging each other by calculating Wilks formulas every now and then, for motivation :)
Have you got a blog?
The very best of strength to you at your first meet next Saturday. Stick with it, and you'll go places!
Yes, it was at Dunn Bros. And great 3/29 post! No, I don't have a blog, but I am a member at DragonDoor.com, where I keep a training blog, and am getting more active in their forums, as kbdds. I've been getting tips from Brad Nelson, and Mike Nelson - with some Z-Health mixed in. Today 2 x 5 225, then 2 x 260 - my most so far! Would like 275 for Sat!!! And 17 PU's, and 86 Snatches. Good luck with your next pound!!!!!
